Imagine mucky
Water, and you
Cold-cockin' a

Corner.twigs,
Things, the scent
Of endings, though,

There's really
No boundary. And 
The sky

Beautiful like
A woman. The 
Sky so

Blue it'll
Cut the 
Backbone and

Put a
Crepuscule in
Your tooth hole. And

You, trembling,
Stuck to
A log, and

Along comes the
Croc, and you
Say, "Please

Don't eat
Me, just
A brief

Satisfaction, really, and
Me, so many
Poems to go,

Hell, perhaps
Grandkids,
You know?"

And croc says,
"Somewhere (laughter)
A universe.

Right here (more
laughter) is
About to be

No more. Tangential
Reference of
Dead stars. Or

The human who
Just transformed
Love-scarred.

I knew you
Were microcosm
Partial. And the

History of my
Universe is
My hunger. My

Universe has
Engulfed yours.
I am

Hungry. And now
It's your
Turn. See, boy,

My stomach
Demanding. That's how 
It is. Now
