I was thankful
For the rain
Past this window
Freshly stepping

Shower and me
With this cologne
And past this
Window everything

A navy black
Gradient and the
Lovely smell of
Ink also and

Thankful for
The rain which
Complements this
Remembering of a

Girl I used to
Know the rain
Wiped some intentions
Like an opacity

Tweak and me
From the shower
I initially thought
How strange the

Bagpipes are
Playing I mean
The pipes are
Still running and

Then I saw the
Navy rain and see
I lied about the
Girl in a

Way I lied
But I
Didn't
Lie
